Nebraska

Nebraska’s state law does not define lottery, keno, poker and bingo as games of chance and so these are all permitted, but run by the state.
Horse racing betting is also allowed in the Corn Husker State although there are no sports betting options available to Nebraska residents.
All casinos are run on Indian Reservations and there is no real move towards joining together the different gambling options, with strict penalties for what the state constitutes as gambling and so it’s unlikely that Nebraska will move up the Wedge Index soon.
