Kansas

Kansas is one of few states in America where the casinos are split between Indian Tribes and state owned, which gives additional options to those wishing to frequent the properties, but can cause problems when it comes to gambling legislations.
The state have attempted to push through bills which would include sports betting and additional lottery betting options, but there has been resistance on both sides due to potential revenue losses.
At the moment there is desire from all parties in Kansas to move towards legals sports betting and online gaming, but a collaboration seems some way off and that remains a problem for their Wedge Index ranking.
